Synopses for the week of Presidents’ Day have officially been released and along with them come the arrival of some new characters and the return of many more old ones.

Love is in the air and chaos is abound. One of Superman’s longtime enemies arrives in National City to court Kara in ‘Mr. & Mrs. Mxyzptlk’, directed by Stefan Pleszczynski and written by Jessica Queller and famed comic book writer Sterling Gates.

DC COMICS’ MR. MXYZPTLK HITS NATIONAL CITY – When Mr. Mxyzptlk (guest star Peter Gadiot), a magical imp, shows up on Earth and declares his love for Kara (Melissa Benoist), she tries to let him down easy, thinking him harmless. However, he decides it’s a challenge and starts to wreak havoc on National City. Mon-El (Chris Wood) has seen beings like Mr. Mxyzptlk on Daxam and knows how dangerous they can be. He and Kara argue over how to get rid of Mr. Mxyzptlk, further straining their relationship. Meanwhile, Alex (Chyler Leigh) and Maggie (Floriana Lima) celebrate their first Valentine’s Day together.

The first episode of the long-awaited Grodd arc brings Team Flash back to Earth-2. Get ready for double the Tom Cavanagh and a lot of monkey mayhem in ‘Attack on Gorilla City’, directed by Dermott Downs and written by Aaron Helbing and David Kob with story by Andrew Kreisberg.

'The Flash' Unveils New Logo for Season 4

BARRY AND TEAM TRAVEL TO GORILLA CITY AND FACE GRODD – When Jesse Quick (guest star Violett Beane) informs the team that her father (Tom Cavanagh) has been abducted, Barry (Grant Gustin), Caitlin (Danielle Panabaker), Cisco (Carlos Valdes) and Julian (Tom Felton) voyage to Earth-2 on a rescue mission to save Harry from Gorilla City. As they trek through the forest, Barry and the team are immediately captured and brought to Grodd (voiced by David Sobolov). Grodd tells them he needs their help to stop Solovar (voiced by Keith David), the leader of Gorilla City, as Solovar wants to invade Earth-1. Meanwhile, back on Earth-1, Jesse and Kid Flash (Keiynan Lonsdale) hit the streets to stop a metahuman that can control gravity, with H.R. and Joe (Jesse L. Martin) guiding them from S.T.A.R Labs.

The team reunites with the Justice Society of America…but not where (or when) you would expect. Legend meets Legends in ‘Camelot/3000’, directed by Antonio Negret and written by Anderson MacKenzie.

ALL FOR ONE — The Legends continue their quest to hunt down the Spear of Destiny before the pieces fall into the hands of the Legion of Doom. The Legends discover that pieces of the Spear are each being guarded in different time periods by members of the JSA. Their first stop is the future where they find Dr. Mid-Nite (guest star Kwesi Ameyaw) which eventually leads them to the past and King Arthur’s Camelot, where Stargirl (guest star Sarah Grey) is protecting her piece of the Spear. In order to protect the Spear shard from the now-evil Rip Hunter (Arthur Darvill), the Legends must join forces with the Knights of the Round Table. Caity Lotz, Franz Drameh, Victor Garber, Brandon Routh, Nick Zano, Dominic Purcell, and Maisie Richardson-Sellers also star.

You can’t keep a good bad guy–or girl–down. Oliver’s (recent) past comes back to haunt him in ‘The Sin-Eater’, directed by Mary Lambert and written by Barbara Bloom and Jenny Lynn.
