Damien Darhk makes a desperate final play for global destruction in ‘Schism’
Tonight is the night when Team Arrow makes their final stand against Damien Darhk and the forces of H.I.V.E. The cast and crew have been teasing a major rift in the status quo as Arrow Season Four draws to a close, so it’ll be interesting see where the pieces fall once the dust has settled.
To get us amped up for the season finale, The CW has released three clips from tonight’s episode, “Scism.” This first clip finds Oliver, Diggle, and Thea walking into a grizzly scene: thousands of ballistic missiles launching all over the world:
The second sneak peek is another “insider” look at the episode with executive producer Wendy Mericle:
The third scene is an Entertainment Tonight exclusive, and it picks up where last week’s episode ended, with Damien Darhk confronting Curtis, Felicity, and her parents:
In addition to the new episode clips, we’ve also got a full gallery of still images (but, much like yesterday’s Flash gallery, the images are pretty tame — The CW is clearly keeping their secrets until the episode airs):
Here’s the extremely brief synopsis for “Schism,” written by Wendy Mericle & Marc Guggenheim from a story by Greg Berlanti and directed by John Behring:
Oliver (Stephen Amell) teams up with a surprising force in an attempt to stop Damien Darhk (guest star Neal McDonough) and his magic once and for all.
The Arrow season finale airs tonight at 8/7c on The CW. We’ll be live-tweeting during the episode, and we’ll have a full recap tomorrow morning.
