Oliver faces off with Damien Darhk and Barry has a showdown with Zoom
With only three weeks until the season finales of both Arrow and The Flash, The CW has now released the synopses for both shows’ season-ending episodes.
Normally, we would report these as two different stories — one for the Arrow episode synopsis, and one for The Flash synopsis. In this case though, the descriptions are so impossibly short and generic, there’s no point in separating them.
The Arrow Season Four finale airs May 25 and is titled “Schism.” It was written by Wendy Mericle & Marc Guggenheim from a story by Greg Berlanti and directed by John Behring:
Oliver (Stephen Amell) teams up with a surprising force in an attempt to stop Damien Darhk (guest star Neal McDonough) and his magic once and for all.
The Flash will end its second season on May 24 with “The Race of His Life.” It was written by Aaron Helbing & Todd Helbing and directed by Antonio Negret:
THE FLASH VS. ZOOM – After Zoom (guest star Teddy Sears) reveals his true plan, Barry (Grant Gustin) vows to do whatever it takes to stop him.
Yep, that’s it. That’s all we get. To be fair, neither the producers nor the network want to give away any secrets from the finales before they air. On the other hand though, anyone could have written those synopses just based on assumptions from the seasons’ events so far.
At any rate, we’ll have all the latest news on The Flash and Arrow season finales and all of the other remaining episodes, so be sure to follow us on Facebook, Twitter, and Tumblr for up-to-the-minute details!
What do you think? Do you have any thoughts or theories on how the seasons will end? Who is the “surprising force” Oliver will team up with? What is Zoom’s “true plan”?
